Shipping rates and times: We ship via USPS and UPS in the US. Standard shipping takes about 3-7 business days and costs up to $9.99 and is free on orders over $100. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.
Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes after an order is placed, but contact us right away and we'll do our best.
Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at info@themtops.com within 2 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
International orders: We currently ship within the U.S. only. / International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
